Irvine Estate Cabernet Blend is a stylish fusion of 15% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc with 80% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The resulting wine displays a dark red colour accompanied by a dense core. The perfumed nose offers lifted scents of blackberries, spice, black olives and red fruits. The juicy and smooth palate is rife with blackberry, coffee, choc-mint, and blackcurrant flavours.
